Audi's quest to high class service: the Virtual Car Dealership demonstrates ideal-typical processes

Audi wants to convince his customers with exceptional service to become the worlds Number One Premium Brand in service. In order to reach this goal, the manufacturer from Ingolstadt implemented his new „Top-Service-Strategy“ already two years ago and has hence established it gradually in the market.

Detailed insights of the commercial and service architecture of the brand are delivered by a film which takes the viewer on a virtual tour through an ideal-typical Audi dealership. The main emphasis is on the service stations attendance area, check-in and the workshop area.

Within only six weeks VUCX created the sophisticated architectural visualization, with a high emphasis on details. The customers and associates in the film were shot in a Bluebox and were later incorporated into the visualization.
